Noah Weiss

Noah Weiss hails from Los Altos, California, which means that he grew up with two yoga teacher parents who let him choose his own strain of kombucha and yoga mat at the age of two. After years of experimenting with different styles of yoga and various South Asian religious practices, Noah discovered a strange kombucha-style drink called “matzo ball soup” with large globs of unleavened bread. He has fallen in love with the drink, and you can find him drinking it at various points throughout the day. (He says it “makes him cooler.”) Since then, he’s been trying to learn more about the culture that has produced the drink and is now a member of Koleinu.
